Who can use Craftex?

Real estate developers publishing construction tenders, and contractors or subcontractors bidding on them. You choose your role when you register.

Does it cost developers anything?

No. Publishing tenders, searching the contractor directory, comparing bids and messaging contractors are free for developers.

How much do contractors pay?

Free accounts include three bids per 30 days. Pro is $49/month (or $39 billed yearly) for unlimited bids, ranking boost and bid analytics. Verified Pro is $99/month (or $79 yearly) and adds a verification badge, top placement and a dedicated account manager.

Do you take a commission on project value?

Never. Pricing is a flat subscription. The contract and payments between developer and contractor stay entirely between the two parties.

How does verification work?

You submit company details, registration number and licences or certifications. Our admin team reviews them and, once approved, your profile shows a verification badge. Verification can be revoked if information turns out to be inaccurate.

How are contractors ranked in search?

Search results are ranked by relevance to the filters applied — specialization, region, experience and rating — with a placement boost for Pro and Verified Pro subscribers. Ratings themselves cannot be bought.

Can I attach drawings and documents?

Yes. Tenders support attachments such as drawings and specifications, and bids can include supporting documents. Files are visible only to the parties involved in that tender.

What happens after a tender is awarded?

The listing closes, remaining bidders are notified, and once the work is complete both sides can leave a star rating and written review.

What if there is a dispute?

Either side can report a user or a listing from the platform. Reports go to our moderation team, who review the case and can suspend accounts or remove listings.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which the account reverts to the free tier. You can also pause a subscription instead of cancelling.

Which markets do you cover?

Craftex is global. The tender map currently highlights activity in London, New York, Miami, Dallas–Fort Worth, Hong Kong, New Delhi, Mumbai, Dubai, Riyadh, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Ho Chi Minh City, and you can publish or bid anywhere.
