How it works

From scope to signed in four steps

The same workflow whether you are tendering a single fit-out package or a full development programme.

  1. 01
    Publish the tender

Describe the scope, pick the required specializations, set your budget range and deadline, and attach drawings or specifications. Publishing takes a few minutes.

  2. 02
    Invite and get matched

Your tender is shown to contractors whose trades and regions match. You can also search the directory and invite specific firms directly.

  3. 03
    Compare bids

Bids arrive with price, timeline, a short proposal and attachments. Compare them side by side, message contractors for clarifications, and shortlist.

  4. 04
    Award and review

Award the tender, close the listing, and once the work is finished both sides leave a star rating and a written review.

For contractors

Contractors work the same flow in reverse: complete your profile with specializations, regions, team size, price range and licences; filter the tender board by trade, budget, region and deadline; then submit a bid with your price, timeline and supporting documents. Track every bid's status from your dashboard.

What it costs

Developers use the platform free. Contractors start free with three bids per 30 days and can upgrade for unlimited bidding, ranking boosts and a verification badge. Pricing is flat — we never take a percentage of project value.
